The Game / Re: Wasps ... They're crap right?

If you have a reason to "necro" an old thread, then do it. You just need to make sure what you say is still relevant, and I'd like to point out that what you said was indeed relevant.

Oh, and *bump*

Don't we need to download the program before these commands work?
Anybody else think this would be a good place to start for the remaining openmachines models?
Also how do you and mb reverse engineer these things?  :eng101:

Maybe it's about time the polar bears mate more with grizzly bears and form a hybrid! It's like an evolution of the population, and yet biologists are freaking out about it. They've seen this happen about twice and they decided it's a bad thing immediately.

Read and Understood...

Dude, I don't think you understand how annoying that is. You don't need to spam that you've read every thread, even if it means bumping activity in the forums. It's just spam.

Great, so they got all the money they need to make the game! That means it doesn't have to cost anything, right? Right?

You can't "force" anything if it isn't possible. It's either an option or not......

Couldn't you zip both the files into one .7z file? It would shrink the overall download time, and keep them as one file.

They're getting paid as it is, and they're doing something that they want to do. What bothers me is that they don't want to work on this game that they supposedly love, until they're paid at least 90% of a million dollars.
Another thing that bothers me is that people are getting crowd-funded, but they're still keeping the game closed-source in the end, and they're still going to sell the game with a stupid EULA (as far as I know).

That was a three-year-old post, so I don't think he's going to respond any time soon. Unfortunately I don't know how to do it either. I only recently got a widescreen monitor, and I don't even have machines on this computer yet :-(

OBJECTION! Apex- did not create the website. Spazz created it, but Apex- (then known as sloik) offered to move the hosting to something more permanent.

I mean hi there, Michael. I eat food, too.

Depositfiles is slow, and I can't download both iso's in the same two hours :x  I appreciate the upload though, so don't get me wrong when I ask this: has anyone uploaded to filedropper before? I heard that one was good.

It's like the original cause behind springrts, except:
It's probably closed source
it's pretty much about the money (they won't even make it until enough money is thrown at them)
it's even larger scale, which also means even more potential micromanaging :argh:
it has cartoon graphics
it has professional developers

Machines2 Ideas / Re: Hey! Whats happening?

If you're developing only music, you don't need to worry too much about the actual spring files, but right now the best way to get openmachines is through . You need to get the link to put into mercurial (Basically an organizer for software development) and just use the link to "clone" the repository. the files in the repository should all be put under a folder that ends in ".sdd" so that you can put the folder under "mods" in the spring directory, and if it works, then you should be able to choose openmachines as the mod you want to play, when you boot spring's lobby client (you can choose between three lobby clients; I use springlobby).
Yes, this is annoying and complicated. We can make it much simpler, but I was advised against putting effort into making it easier to run such an underdeveloped game >.>
