Problems with the Menu and the Graphics

Hey,
first of all, sorry for my bad English im come from your neighbour - Germany 

I have much problems with the Menu and the Graphics

heres a picture:



How i can fix that?

And is it possible to have an 1680x1050 screen resultion or a bit lower?

My System is WIndows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

The game is "Up to date" with all patches an files

Well to start off, it's hardly ultimate if it's only 32 bit, but that's not the problem... I don't think that anyone made machines windows 7 capable. If that's not the problem, then es tut mir leid, aber ich habe keine ahnung.

eh, but many other people on this forum play it on win7 x64 O_o - without problems?!

there must be a mistae or somthing..

i will search a few options in the graphicscard-driver (ATI Catalyst 10.2 | HD4870)

Ich war in eine deutschklasse

about the problem:
I don't know about drivers. I have one computer here with a card younger than machines, that will play machines well. I also have a computer with a graphics card newer than machines, that will murder machines in a matter of a minute when i start it. But it wasn't always like that.

i've searched a few options in catalyst control center and it works fine with 1680x1050
