Multi personality disorder. There's your diagnosis.

Also, I'm not seeding. So there.

Asking the same question twice that's why

And I allways try to seed it, but you Americans are never online when I am, so it's your own fault :P

Wow I realy think that the .torrent idea is great.
I have some questions, for example, i have started right now the torrent downloadbut it doesnt download anything, it is only that I have to wait until someone who has de complete archive runs BitTorrent?
Anyways, is this faster or the other method (the one where you have to advise an admin when you have 5 or more post and so...), i ask this because I actually have the original Machines game but my CD2 doesnt work propely, so i only would like to get that disck instead of the other two. In that case, would be better for me to download de torrent or the other method?
And i have another "noob" question, if I only got CD2, would it have some compatibility (lol i dont know if this word exists) with my CD1 that i bought here (In spain), or it is a multilanguage CD?
And finally (im so boring... xD), could someone tell me if I only have to use that client you can download to run Machines on Xp or I have to get other patch?

PD: Sorry for my english T_T

Simply create a file called setupy.bin (doesn't have to have anything in it) and burn that onto a normal data CD. This should be sufficient to fool machines into thinking it has a CD2.
You can put the file in a image file and mount it with Daemon Tools.

I think you can download and run the machines patch with the Client.
But I'm not 100% sure.

Cheers

Yes you are right, thats the way to go, although a rare game like this could use a CD burn alternate to a mount =)

Why? You can always burn it if you need to bring it somewhere, but image mounting is easier, doesn't make scratches a problem, and is generally more reliable.

I can't use torrent apps (I can download the torrent but not use it :/) with this concentrated satan that is my university-supplied internet. As I have said before, it is a proxy and firewalled so I got not much hope, especially seeing the VPN client doesn't work.

I've come to terms with not being able to play online games or use P2P, but is there any way I can download the Machines CD do you think? I have it already ofcourse, but I forgot to bring it to sydney with me (as I thought it run without the CD, which it does, but I need disk 2 to actually play any missions or skirmishes in it), and it's not worth 6 hours of driving to go get (even if I had some time to go get it).

Also, I thought advertising torrents on a site is a no-no?

hey wasup guys, I hope you are all fine, ok first Iam sorry for not being around for a pretty while, but I have been busy within the relationship and the studies (have to keep the scholarship), well now the main point, some weeks ago I had to format the HD, and the other HD where I have machines doesn't seems to work, besides I remember burning it but now the cd appears to be not working, so I am trying to download the both torrents, but nobody seems to be seeding, and right now I am downloading both at the amazing speed of 1kb/s, I also tried the link sloik gave me a while ago but gives a 404, and also tried wouamai site and the same story (404). so... CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? :?...PLEASE... :-(

bye

Leo
