I don't like them much either. and I hate them even more when the enemy has them!
I usually have one at a time and I like to be in its driving seat.

Gorillaz are the most senseless feature in the whole game, five Knights can take them very fast down, or one single Reaper in 1st person. But i remember, when ~20 gorillaz took down 3 enemy bases, man that was fun


Acclaim should have made another "uber" machine. Maybe a Warlord with 2 Plasma and 2 Rocket launchers. Fast, firepower and moveable torso.

All I can remember was the pathfinding

Horror!!!! Two Gorillas trying to fit in a narrow passageway, and you have 18 behind that trying to fit in a big opening.... and when they hit they hit eachother and just AARGH!!!

I hadnīt had much problems with pathfinding, cuz the map was very very large and there was many many space to move

20 gorilla's? Like LOL. I agree with Judas's tactic plan thing, make 1 or 2 gorillas and send them out first just to damage the opponent until they die - which can be quick since they can't move around very fast and can be killed with 1 reaper in 1st person (as mentioned) then send the rest of the swarm in to destroy evrything else  .

I think Gorillas can be good provided they don't get swarmed by smaller units - for attacking lightly defended bases they can do a lot of damage if used correctly. But for all their heavy armour they are easily taken down if you're not careful. I think they're best piloted in first person if you're going to send one on its own.

Alright guys, we got it covered already. Gorillas suck alone, but are a good addition to your team. Also, enemy gorillas are extremely easy to kill.

Yeah, I don't like this unit either....

I like them, but their only good if ur team is not in the way or their attack, and it is also hard to aim with them when your moving as they shake alot

I usually go for Knights and Commandants. Even better, if available, is the Judas Warlord.

Anyway........
I like Gorrilas. This may just be me but i've destroyed 3 full bases with 5 Gorrilas. (and 5 apc's ) The reason there being apc's is that the terrain was nearly immposible for Gorrilas to move through and especialy fight in.
I understand why people don't like Gorrilas, the monouverbility annoys me. Anyway I like Gorrilas.
