Main menu crash

Hi ive just installed Machines on three computers running windows 7 at my house, two 32 bit pc's and a 64 bit. Two of them had it install perfectly fine but one of the 32 bit pcs get a "this program has stopped working" error whenever it should hit the main menu after the startup pictures.

has the d3drm.dll installed.
will edit the computer details in here when i go back on the other pc
Edit: I installed using the MDS.

You see, some computers just can't run machines. If it works on one computer but doesn't work on another using the exact process, then it is in compatible.

@shadowlarax please post detailed information about error. In "program has stopped working" error box select "View problem details" and look after "Exception Code" and "Exception Offset". This might be useful.

Did you try starting in another compatibility mode/administrator rights or in another resolution? Do you have vidcard.cap patch applied?

@Dannian, I think its disabled by Vista problem reporting, try http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/How-do-I-turn-off-problem-reporting:bunny:

Errors can be always checked in event viewer (start eventvwr.msc go to Widnows Logs\Application and search for latest Application Error entry with path to machines.exe).
