Removing the Nuke and Ion Cannon

I can't figure it out, every time i try removing it from the tech tree the game crashes. Can anyone help?

You're trying to modify a file in a game that's not meant to be modified. You should probably either not do that, or replace them, not just remove them. put something like scout in there as a filler.

Best alternative is to limit the range. Nuke = 10000 make it 1000 and it is defensive only, same with ion cannon.

save it, reload, replace the new with the old and voila the nuke is neutered.

But the nuke makes the computer harder to defeat. You need to be weary of having your machines assemble or else they could all be wiped out by a single missile.

But they usually like to ion cannon my pod. It's very annoying..

Maybe it's about time the polar bears mate more with grizzly bears and form a hybrid! It's like an evolution of the population, and yet biologists are freaking out about it. They've seen this happen about twice and they decided it's a bad thing immediately.
