Logo Design - Help :S

SO as the IT guy for my Uni's Music Society next year, it is assumed that I can create anything on a computer without a problem and as such I have been asked to design the new logo for the Soc, but my only idea, which was terrible (so I won't share it) didn't fit the bill (surprise surprise).

So are there any designers of the graphic variety out there who would be willing to help by designing a logo for a music society. We are the Cardiff University Music Society, so could have that, or CUMS [teehee] or CU MuSoc or something like that in it.

I hate it when people do that to you, just because you know how to do more than restart your computer.

Back to topic, I'm not very good in graphic design either, so I don't know if I can help but I suggest using CarUMS. It's short, and easy to say.
