This is not Dutch, it should be "... have one or more of the following qualities"

Uhm, with the 'qualities' perhaps split it up into "requirements" and "qualities" or something, and make the requirements prerequisite things that an applicant must have, and qualities are just things that would be good or advantageous. This would make it a bit clearer to people and things like "Sci-Fi and Robot Fan" which are not at all necessary would be separated from things like programming skill which are necessary.

With this, maybe Location: Worldwide sounds more professional, and instead of volunteer work it could allude to a Modding Community or fans making a game, as they already know it is not paid. I am not sure how you would word it but I feel volunteer is not quite right. Also with the time frame maybe we should say unknown or to be announced, as once we have storylines and concept art and some of the gameplay mechanics up then that is when the programmers are going to be starting their work.

Actually not. Machines 2 might be a community project, but this whole Recruiting business is all my idea/project :P I'm doing pretty well! Already two highly skilled programmers :) I Just don't know if they'll work for free, but we'll give them a credits list seen by millions :P

What is C++? Sounds like a university grade.  It's a really good application form. I'll rate it 8/10 because it's just like the real thing you get through the post or through E Mail. The only reason(s) I didn't give 10/10 is because:

- Very small grammar mistake (send me a e-mail at)
- Assuming we are all programmers are male.
- And because I'm not being 100% kind hehe  :-P

But yeah, that is VERY realistic!!!
